Northeastern has dormitories and apartments for students. Ask them whether you are eligible.
Plenty of housing options on craigslist, as I said, you just have to get started VERY SOON. Cross-check listings with locations on the map, make sure you have either close proximity for walking or convenient access to public transportation.
