Terimakasih..

[beasiswa] RE: [BUTUH INFO] BIMBINGAN BELAJAR UNTUK STUDI S1 DI JERMAN

Good question re: whether this is the ONLY way to get accepted into a university in Germany. Can you tell us exactly what exactly is this "lembaga bimbingan belajar yang resmi dan bagus"? Is it run by the German government? I am guessing that this organization is a private, for-profit company, but I do not know for sure and nobody can know for sure unless you share with us what exactly this organization is.

There are lots and lots of "service companies" who "guarantee" admission to US, German, UK, etc. universities for a high price. When I was living in Indonesia, I remember lots of them funneled students to expensive low-tier colleges for a price. I suppose this kind of service works for some people.

Regardless, if I were you I would ask these questions directly to a non-profit or a credible representative of the German government, such as the Goethe Institut. They have locations in several cities in Indonesia and if I recall correctly they are quite helpful to those interested in studying in Germany.

http://www.goethe.de/ins/id/lp/enindex.htm

As far as I know, application to German universities are fairly straightforward. Of course, there is a language requirement, but it is test-based just like any other language. So there is no "exclusive" service company that you have to go through.

At any rate, it is good to be skeptical. You should go to a reputable official NON-PROFIT organization at least to fact-check.

[beasiswa] [INFO] MSc Scholarships in Computer Science – 2014/15 - Venice (Italy)

The online pre-evaluation procedure (www.unive.it/evaluation) to enroll in the two-year MSc program in "Informatica - Computer Science" (www.unive.it/msc-computer-science), offered by Università Ca' Foscari Venezia (Italy) (www.unive.it) for the academic year 2014/15, is now open.

1^st call – from Dec 15, 2013 to Jan 31, 2014.

2^nd call – from Feb 1,^, 2014 to May 31, 2014

The two-year MSc program, which is taught in English and is suitable for students with diverse academic backgrounds, covers the theory and practice of a wide spectrum of fields in Computer Science and Information Technology, and allows students to pursue a minor in Statistics.

Three study plans, which include specific groups of related elective courses, are suggested: (1) Information Sciences and Intelligent Systems, (2) Software Dependability and IT Security, and (3) Information Systems and Statistical Analysis.

The requirements to apply are the following: Candidates must hold a university degree, equivalent to a tree-year (or four-year) Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related subjects (Computer/Electronic Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, etc.); Candidates must be proficient in English (a B2 certificate is required, or a certificate attesting that the medium of instruction of the bachelor was English).

For graduate students with a proven track record of excellence, who successfully complete the on-line pre-evaluation, we offer a 75% rebate of university fees (a fee of only € 1,130.00 / year instead of about € 5,000.00 / year).

In addition, we will reserve a dormitory room for the best students, selected among the ones who successfully applied for the 1^st call (by Jan 31, 2014, 2014).
Other regional scholarships or tax reduction are available, assigned on the basis of the family income.

The pre-evaluation procedure is particularly important for non-EU citizens residing abroad, who have to apply as early as possible. These students, once received a pre-acceptance letter, have to submit a further pre-enrolment application to an Italian Diplomatic Delegation in their countries, in order to pre-enroll and transmit us all the original documents, and to start as soon a possible a pretty long process to obtain an Italian Student Visa.

Mohon sarannya, terima kasih ^^b
