Corporate Secretary
Requirements:
Indonesian citizen with excellent health, maximum 35 years old.
Graduated from reputable University, Bachelor degree (S1) in business law or finance (preferably with S2 degree in finance or business law) plus minimum 3 years of work experience as (Assistant) Corporate Secretary in publicly-listed companies
Expert in Indonesian corporate law and go-public rules and issues
Very good understanding and application of Investor relation, finance and public relations
Very Good in analyzing, arranging and organizing
Excellent interpersonal skills as well as team player
Willingness to travel
Computer literacy and proficiency in written and spoken English
Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin would be an advantage
Highly motivated and hard working under pressures
LEGAL COUNSEL
Responsibilities :
To provide legal advices and managing legal services, with particular emphasis on general corporate and operational matters in order to comply with various Indonesian laws and regulations.
Handle and administer legal and contract administration
Legal drafting and reviewing consist of legal opinion, mitigate of risk of contract/agreement of partnership, joint venture, subcontract and any legal documents which had any relation with the company
Updated certification, licenses and permit
Requirements :
Minimum educational background is degree in Law
Familiar with corporate legal activities; understanding in all relevant law and regulations, especially in Mining law is more preferable
Minimum of 3 years' experience in law firm or as legal practitioner or as in-house counsel in other companies.
Experience in corporate secretarial works and providing legal advice, resolving legal issues and dispute settlement.
Having knowledge and experience in general corporate matters, civil and criminal procedural law and other laws at large.
Preferable Valid Advocate License from PERADI
Have a good interpersonal relationship, analytical, problem solving, have a high commitment to safety, business ethic and good corporate governance.
Competency in English languages both written and oral.
A self-driven and be able to work under minimum supervision.
Able to operate computer Microsoft Office and internet.
Be 35 years old or younger.
HR Officer
Qualifications :
Indonesian Citizen, max 30 years old.
Experience in in general HR management and/or Organization and People Development, Performance & Competency Management, Recruitment, Training and Development for at least 3 years
Has Knowledge and understanding in Organization Development, People Development, Man Power Planning and Recruitment, Training, Coaching & Counselling, Talent Management, Performance Management, Job Analysis and Job Evaluation, Career Planning and People, and general knowledge in all areas in Human Resources management and strong organizational sense
Experienced as Team Lead or Supervisor
Computer literacy (MS Office and internet), Strong analytical and conceptual
Good Leadership, people management and project management, organizing and coordination skills
Trustworthy, strong interpersonal and communication skill
Proficient in English both oral and written
Responsibilities :
Building the HR system of company starting from zero.
Good knowledge in Recruiting, HR Protocol and HR Standard.
Monitors tһе development, analyze, аԁ recommends organizational design аnԁ аƖѕο Employee Career Development Path іn order tο асqυіrе organization's target.
