The student project involves the synthesis and characterization of metal oxide nanostructures for their use as components in functional devices. The researcher will be based at the Department of Materials Science and Physics, University of Salzburg, Austria. Start date: October 2013 We offer a great working atmosphere as well as remuneration according to the Austrian University collective bargaining agreement (§26, remuneration group B1, gross salary per month € 1921.50,- (14 times), 30 hours a week for 4 years.
