[beasiswa] [Butuh Info] Residence Certificate untuk Aplikasi Mundus Urbano

 

Selamat siang,


Halo, saya Dini dan berencana mendaftar ke program master Mundus Urbano (International Cooperation in Urban Development) dalam waktu dekat. Apakah di antara rekan-rekan ada yang mendaftar program serupa atau merupakan alumni program tersebut?


Dalam salah satu persyaratan administrasi, terdapat permintaan dokumen berikut:


Two documents regarding your residence:

    • a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's municipality normal registration rules; 
    • a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.

Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for the student scholarship.


Pertanyaan saya:
1. Apakah residence certificate ini sama maksudnya dengan Kartu Tanda Penduduk?
2. Jika ya, persyaratan ini menyatakan bahwa "both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for the student scholarship.", padahal kalau KTP bukannya diissued setiap 5 tahun sekali?

Jika ada yang pernah mengurusi dokumen serupa, mohon bantuannya ya rekan-rekan. Terima kasih banyak.
