For those who aren't familiar, University of Phoenix is a FOR PROFIT chain of universities that offer both online and on-campus education. Most of their programs are NOT accredited.

Their Master of Education degree is accredited, however this scholarship is for a Bachelor of Science in Education or Master of Arts in Education. I think these two are NOT accredited.
