[beasiswa] [butuh info] Residence Certificate for Erasmus Mundus Studentship

 

Dear rekan-rekan milister,


Saya memperoleh email hasil pre-selection untuk program Erasmus Mundus Master in Quality in Analytical Laboratories. Saya diminta untuk mengirimkan proof of residence dengan keterangan sebagai berikut:


The place of residence should be verified on the basis of the provision of:
        - a residence certificate issued in accordance with the candidate's municipality normal registration rules;
        - a certificate from the candidate's place of work, study or training issued by the employer or institution in question.

Both documents must have been issued within 12 months before the submission deadline of applying for an EMMC student scholarship, i.e. the consortium's official deadline for student   selection' (15 December 2014).


Yang ingin saya tanyakan, dokumen apa yang dapat saya gunakan untuk melengkapi persyaratan tersebut? Apakah KTP atau kartu keluarga yang dimaksud? Karena jika saya meminta surat keterangan domisili dari kelurahan maka issued date-nya tidak memenuhi ketentuan. Untuk certificate from place of work, apakah SK PNS memenuhi kriteria tersebut?
