Berikut adalah posisi PhD di Universitas of Jyvaskyla, Finlandia, dan ternyata kuliah di Finland gratis? benarkah demikian? Ada yang bisa konfirmasi tentang biaya kuliah di sana?

1-2 PhD Positions in Recommender Systems, Information Retrieval and Data Mining available @ University of Jyvaskyla, Finland.
Deadline for application: 31 March 2015.
I am opening 1-2 PhD student positions in Recommender Systems, Information Retrieval and Data Mining. There are no tuition fees in Finland. The living allowance is 1700-2000 EUR/month.
Qualifications
1. Applicants should have a master's degree in related discipline or at least will receive it in this summer.
2. Proven proficiency in English, e.g., IELTS (Academic module) score of 6.5 or TOEFL score of 92 (Internet Based Test).
3. Experience in publishing papers in leading conferences and journals is a plus.
