Saya seorang PNS bidang Kominfo sdh 2 tahun. Buat temen2 yg punya info S2 di luar negeri bidang studi komputer mohon bantuan infonya.IP saya cuma 2.71, kalau saya lihat syaratnya rata2 min IP diatas 3.00 sdg saya lulusan tahun 1997 saat itu utk dpt IP 3.00 sangat sulit (bukan mencari alasan). Dg kondisi tsb apa bisa saya mendapatkan beasiswa di luar negeri.mohon infonya friends.thanks
