> Research Assistant position (predoctoral) for 4 years (30 hours per week)

> The job: Dissertation in the field of Media Structures, Media Governance;
> active cooperation in the establishment of international networks and
> organisation of international conferences.

> You will be working with Professor Dr Katharine Sarikakis in the broader
> field of media structure, media organisation and media governance.
> Your profile: you are a university graduate in Communication or Media
> Studies/Sciences or other cognate discipline, such as Political Sciences
> with focus on Media and Communication.

> You have a thorough understanding and knowledge in policy analysis and
> political economy of the media and in particular Social Media. You can
> demonstrate a successful and very good trajectory of academic performance.
> It is an advantage if you can also speak one more language. You
> have experience in working with word documents, SPSS. Knowledge of network
> analysis software will be an advantage.

> You will work on the topic of Structures and Organisation of Social Media:
> the political economy of privacy policy. We would welcome a brief proposal
