After reviewing your application materials we feel quite delighted to inform you that you are preconditionally selected as initial candidate to enjoy our University Postgraduate Program Scholarship for your postgraduate study since this September at Wuhan University of Technology (WHUT), P.R. China.
Due to the limited quota to be finally approved by Chinese government in charge of this Scholarship, you are supposed to confirm us whether you decide to accept this offer so we could have your name included or excluded in the final name list of candidates to be submitted to Chinese Scholarship Council for final approval.
Once you decide to accept our nomination and promise to register at our University before the deadline of Registration please send us c/o email to fstudent@whut.edu.cn before April 28th
(1) the fully and truly completed attachment of Letter of Confirmation with your personal signature;

satu lagi jadi kepikiran, tiket berangkatnya untuk program CSC ini kita tanggung sendiri atau di bayarin juga sih? saya baca ulang kok kayaknya ga ada menyebutkan tiket ya di webnya
