Dear Mbak Faris,
Sama Mbak, saya juga demikian. Anehnya kalau kita masuk ke menu "Edit Formulir" -> "Unggah Dokumen" jejak dokumen yang sudah kita unggah itu ada (Tertulis "Unduh").
Saya sudah coba untuk membatalkan pendaftaran dan mendaftar kembali tetapi masalah tersebut juga muncul lagi.
Mungkin rekan-rekan ada yang pernah menghadapi hal serupa dan sudah solved?
