Most of the replies so far have focused on the "how" but I think you should think hard about the "why".
Why do you want to pursue a Masters degree abroad?
* Is it the prestige? What do you intend to do with a Masters degree?
* Do you think it will open up new career opportunities? What's keeping you from advancing in your current one or starting a new one?
* Is it for the experience? What is it that you expect from pursuing a Masters degree abroad?
More practically speaking, my understanding is that most Indonesians in Indonesia marry when they are in their mid- to late-20s, and most start having children soon after. So if you don't start your pursuit of a Masters degree now, you may have to wait awhile due to other aspects of your life.
But once again, why do you want to pursue a Masters degree abroad? You have to be honest with yourself before you make your decision. More precisely, non-action will lead you to postpone your pursuit of a Masters degree, so decide soon and have no regrets.
