Allow me to ask this related question. How long is the common interval time between our application to the university and their confirmation? And is it difficult to get the LoA?

Dear Dwi,
to get the LOA you must apply for a university first, when they accept you as a canditate, they will give you a letter confirmation.
I just applied for several universities in the US, and got a confirmation as a candidate.
