berdasarkan pengalaman saya, untuk mendapatkan LOA dari universitas sih gampang-gampang susah,
asalkan kamu mendaftar di waktu yang tepat dan berkas-berkas kamu lengkap sih biasanya universitas bisa dengan cepat memberikan jawaban. Ada universitas yang memberikan unconditional offer cuma 2 hari sejak aplikasi lengkapa ada juga yang sampai 2-3 bulan baru memberikan jawaban.

Dear Dwi,
to get the LOA you must apply for a university first, when they accept you as a canditate, they will give you a letter confirmation.
I just applied for several universities in the US, and got a confirmation as a candidate.
