Namun sya masih binggung dengan maksut nya, apakah proof of activities seperti kegiatan kita ikut ekskul / seminar, lalu kita dapat sertifikat, lalu kita kirim scan sertifikat ini. ? Lalu maskutnya You will need to find proof or attestations of these activities?

If it's related to your prior employment history, this sounds like a request for "employment verification letter." You can ask your previous/current boss to write a short letter that says, "xxxx was an employee at my company yyyy from zzzz to aaaaa, she was in good standing .... "


If it's related to club / organization activities then you need to ask a current officer of the organization to write something similar. "Tiara was chairperson of xxxx, she worked on yyyyy."
