Setau saya, bisa kirimkan bukti sertifikat kita ikut training atau seminar, atau surat pernyataan dr organisasi tmpat mbak Tiara berkegiatan yg memberitau memang mbak bagian dr organisasi tsb. Untuk pengiriman dokumen tsb, tergantung sistem aplikasinya. Kalau online, mungkin bisa discan dan diupload atau kirim by email (tergantung sistem di uni tsb). Bila bukan email, bisa dikirimkan beserta dokumen aplikasi lainnya. Tapi perlu ditanyakan lg apakah hrs asli atau blh kopi, dan apakah butuh dilegalisir nggak.

Namun sya masih binggung dengan maksut nya, apakah proof of activities seperti kegiatan kita ikut ekskul / seminar, lalu kita dapat sertifikat, lalu kita kirim scan sertifikat ini. ? Lalu maskutnya You will need to find proof or attestations of these activities?

If it's related to your prior employment history, this sounds like a request for "employment verification letter." You can ask your previous/current boss to write a short letter that says, "xxxx was an employee at my company yyyy from zzzz to aaaaa, she was in good standing .... "
If it's related to club / organization activities then you need to ask a current officer of the organization to write something similar. "Tiara was chairperson of xxxx, she worked on yyyyy."
