Chemonics seeks a chief of party for an anticipated USAID-funded higher
education leadership and management capacity-building project in Indonesia.
The project aims to improve the national university system, with a focus on
areas including policy reform in university governance, assessment and
accreditation, financial management, and research and curricula enhancement.
Qualifications:
* Doctoral degree in education
* Minimum 10 years of experience working on a USAID or other
donor-funded project
* Demonstrated experience working on higher education reform projects
* Chief of party or team leader experience preferred
* Experience in Indonesia or Southeast Asia a plus
