Position Title :Inclusive Education in NTB Project Officer
Location : NTB

TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the line management of the Project Manager the Inclusive Education Project
Officers will be responsible for the implementation of activities in a part of
NTB (City of Mataram & regency of West Lombok or regency of Central Lombok &
regency of East Lombok). The Project Officer will be based in Mataram or Selong
according to his area of implementation. Due to the scope of the projet, the
Project Officer will have to be experienced in Education/Inclusive Education
issues. She/he will be supported by the the Project Manager, aTechnical Referent
from HQs and a consultant in Indonesia.
The tasks in particular are:
*To organize information and training sessions for parents, teachers and
authorities
*To support the adaptation of the existing training modules and tools to the NTB
and Project context
*To provide hands on support to Partners trainers
*To organize with partners and participate in assessment on Inclusive education
and access to school for Children With Disabilities
*To conduct workshop, and sensitization activities
*To accompany and monitor activities in schools
*To organize and support the development of IEC activities by partners
*Any other tasks related to the project required by the line manager
DUTY STATION: The Project Officer will be based in Mataram or Selong according
to his area of implementation.
PERSONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Essential:
*Master degree
*Minimum of 2 years practical experience in the field of development work
*Minimum 5 years professional experience
*Excellent written and oral English
*Motorbike driver's license
Desired:
*Master degree in Communication, social sciences or other discipline related to
the profile (education)
*Experience in disability and/or education will be an asset
Initial contract will be for a periodof 13 months with a renewal until the end
of the project
