Position: student in " EPR/ALANINE DOSIMETRY FOR THE RADIOTHERAPEUTIC ION BEAMS" project

Maximum period of stipend agreement: 12 months
Position starts on: 01.10.2011
Stipend's amount: 1000 PLN /month
Pension insurance: NO
Key responsibilities include:
1. lead and execute high quality research within the program to work out a method for
dosimietry of radiotherapeutic ion beams based on alanine detectors
Profile of candidates:
1. the stipend is dedicated for students of 4 th and 5 th year preparing their M.Sc. thesis in the
area covered by the project subject
2. experience in the field of EPR measurements and radiation measurement (not obligatory)
3. scientific creativity and independent work will be assumed
4. fluent spoken and written English ( scientific literature only in English)

1. CV
2. motivation letter
3. record of exams passed during the studies
4. written statement of Dean that in case of success the student is allowed to participate in the
project and prepare his/her M.Sc. thesis in the area covered by the project subject
5. letters of recommendation will be appreciated but not obligatory
