1. Non-EU/EEA students enrolling in a Leiden University master's degree programme starting September 2011 or February 2012 ( All MA, MSc and LL.M programmes as mentioned on the website Master's programmes in Leiden).
2. All nationalities enrolling in the following programmes starting September 2011 or February 2012:

Dear rekan-rekan yang saya hormati

saya baru saja sudah memasukkan aplikasi beasiswa DADD dan ADS, ada beberapa pertanyaan, mungkin rekan-rekan sekalian bisa membantu:
1. kapan pengumuman (kira-kira bulan dan tanggal) hasil seleksi aplikasi daad dan ads ?, setelah pengumuman selanjutnya tahap apa?
2. efektif setelah diterima, apa yg akan dilakukan, apakah di les kan, atau lgsg berangkat
3. mohon info tahap-tahapan proses dan bulan pelaksanaan menuju diterima?

Waalaikum salam WW...

Anggit, persyaratan beasiswa itu tergantung beasiswanya. Masing2 mempunyai syarat2 masing-masing,

Memang yang umumnya wajib ada adalah TOEFL, legalisir transkrip, ijazah (kalau sudah lulus). TOEFL tentunya makin tinggi nilainya makin bagus.

Ada beasiswa yang mensyaratkan harus 550, tapi ada juga yang mensyaratkan minimal harus 570 atau bahkan 600.

Untuk legalisir transkrip dan ijazah biasanya bisa di universitas asal. Kalau TOEFL dari lembaga penyelenggara TOEFLnya.

Lebih baik kaum cari2 info di internet, mulai rencanakan kira2 mau kuliah di mana, bidang apa, mulai hubungi professor/staff pengajarnya di sana, mulai cari tahu pakai beasiswa apa, dll.

memang butuh waktu untuk melakukan riset tersebut, tapi saya rasa kamu punya waktu yang lebih dari cukup mengingat kamu baru semester 3. Semangat ya...

rekan-rekan milist yang terhormat..
mungkin karena saya newbie dalam hunting beasiswa karena saya masih duduk dibangku kuliah S1. Dari satu tahun kurang lebih kuliah, adanya info yang kurang jelas bagi saya untuk apply beasiswa Luar Negeri. Kalo teman - teman berkenan bercerita tentang proses-proses apply beasiswa dan apa saja yang harus dipersiapkan semisal TOEFL berapa, terus harus ke lembaga apa saja untuk legalisir surat-surat apa saja..
Sekali lagi karena saya masih di semster 3, mohon bimbingannya dan karena setelah saya lulus S1 ingin melanjutkan ke Universitas di Jerman. Terima kasih..

[beasiswa] [Butuh info] Perubahan Subject Study DAAD

Salam hangat milister,

beberapa waktu yang lalu saya telah mengirimkan aplikasi DAAD lewat online application dengan pilihan subject Energy and Environmental Management dan Civil Engineering. Universitas pilihan saya adalah Flensburg dan Hannover. Maksud hati ingin memilih University of Flensburg dengan Energy and Environmental Management (berhubungan dengan pekerjaan) dan Hannover University dengan Civil Engineering (berhubungan dengan disiplin ilmu sebelumnya & pekerjaan). Namun ternyata pilihan subject yang keluar di aplikasi cetak saya (setelah semua proses online application selesai) adalah Energy and Environmental Management subject.

Dan minggu ini saya di-email oleh Environmental Management Dept. Universitas Hannover untuk segera melengkapi dokumen yang mereka anggap kurang untuk proses aplikasi lebih lanjut. Padahal, seperti yang saya jelaskan diatas, saya tidak menginginkan melamar di Environmental Management Dept. namun di Civil Eng. Dept Universitas Hannover. Bagaimana ini? Karena dokumen DAAD saya sudah disampaikan ke pihak universitas oleh DAAD di Indonesia. Saya mau jelaskan ke university dan DAAD Indonesia tapi apa tidak dianggap nanti dikira "cari2 alasan untuk pindah jurusan"?

PhD position in the field of large-scale integration of renewable energies in smart grids, with an emphasis on PV (f/m)

We expect the candidate to have graduated (Master or Diplom or equivalent) in economics with excellent grades and to have high affinity to technology and business. The background of this PhD project will be in applied micro-economics, institutional economics and industrial organization. We expect the candidate to be excellent in English; basic knowledge of German would be an advantage.

We offer a three-year fully funded contract in a combined academic and industry setting. The position will be shared amongJacobs University Bremen (50%) and Bosch SE in Erfurt (50%). The candidate will be a member of the Bosch doctoral programme for two years. The project will be part of a wider research programme on both sides allowing extensive team-based learning. The start of the position is open to negotiation.
