Do you have a letter from the university stating that you have
a scholarship that covers all of the above? That's the most
important thing.
I haven't had to apply for a student visa for a very long time,
but I think that if you have a guarantee of funding letter from
the university, then it is sufficient. To be safe, have enough
for a plane trip back home in case they ask for it.
If you don't have such a letter, then you'll need to show that
you have funds to cover whatever amount is asked for in your
I-20, including tuition, expected living costs, etc.
Of course, your best bet is to ask the Embassy and reading the
rules yourself, rather than asking strangers in a mailing
list ...
